Every weekday:
1. Navigate to SEC EDGAR and search for recent filings:
   - Apple (AAPL): https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0000320193&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=10
   - Tesla (TSLA): https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001318605&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=10
   - NVIDIA (NVDA): https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001045810&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=10
2. Look for new 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy filings since the last run.
3. For each new filing:
   - Extract: filing type, filing date, description, direct link.
4. Compare against previous runs to identify truly new items.
5. Take screenshots of any relevant pages for audit trails.
6. Return the list of new filings as your final output, with 8-K filings (material events) flagged at the top.
